Funny I'm actually pressing the bearings out now.. I'm going to press the new ones in tomorrow very easy so far

 

I used a drill press to push mine in,look up videos on youtube

 

May or may not be relevant now, but here's the video I referenced to do mine. I didn't have a vice, a press, or a drill press - so I improvised. You can use a hammer and punch to get the old ones out really easily. Installation of the new parts takes a bit more care but I got all 16 rockers done in about 20 minutes. I used a block of wood to drive the bearings in to help prevent and damage.

I used 2 sockets (13/16 I believe) a cheap vice from lowes, and a breaker bar. Overall it was very easy just time consuming.

I used a 4" bench vise. It took about 40 minutes and did not require any excessive torque on the vise.
