May or may not be relevant now, but here's the video I referenced to do mine. I didn't have a vice, a press, or a drill press - so I improvised. You can use a hammer and punch to get the old ones out really easily. Installation of the new parts takes a bit more care but I got all 16 rockers done in about 20 minutes. I used a block of wood to drive the bearings in to help prevent and damage.
