Really strange sound..

Really strange sound.. I have a 5.3 swapped car with a 4l60E, Iv noticed when cranking and super low RPM >500 (idled rough needed tune) stalling out, theres a metallic knocking sound.. you can tell its not inside the motor and when it idles, does perfectly fine no odd sounds at all.
I lock tighted both the Torque converter and flywheel on, and it drives perfect now that it's running well.
But the sound has me on edge when I hear it, you can hear it pretty good at 15 second mark in this video when it stalls out from vats
