Why is the clutch making this noise?

Just dropped my new block in the cradle. Noticed its making some noise in one particular spot as I rotate the motor by hand. Definitely an external noise coming from the clutch. Go to 10,21, and 38 secs

normal, stock clutch, there floating spings on the fingers on the dia. check out a pic of a LS1/LS6 clutch and your see it better, there 3 of them I belive

Not normal at all! That clutch will rattle with the engine running as well. Remove the clutch and find the loose component.

some clutches make noise when you spin them by hand as they have floating pieces that will rattle unless they are being held in place by the spinning motion of the driveline
