stealth/ small cam thread
My father is looking for a small cam for his 98 SS and after looking arround, it seem that the 224r is the most popular on here. since it have more option like the SI007 from speed inc or the LPE gt2-3 as exemple, it could be cool to make a thread with sound clip of those small cams and gain that everyone has see with their car after the swap ( dyno and mph) plus their driveability ( tune and untuned).
so this thread could be a good reference for anybody in the market for a small cam!
let's go folks! post your review!

excellent review here
there are several here but it would be nice to read a recent one. Have not heard of small cam LS1s in a few years.

Without knowing trans/converter, gears or any other mod for that matter; I
can tell you that my EPS 218/226 .595"/.598" is a great driver friendly stick
in my M6 car but @ 117 lobe separation it idles smooth....which I wanted.
EPS offers it at 113 which would have a slight bump with stock compression.
If idle chop is what you're after the TR224 or TSP228 on a 112 would work.
