Arrow what valve springs?

im getting some stage 2 5.3 10.8:1 CR heads...
i think they come with 26918 comp springs....
ill be running a comp cam 222/224 .566/.568 114 lsa
are these springs good enough?

i asked about dual springs ... but they said that the second spring is not a spring at all its a dampner and with my small cam would not need them?

is this ok ? will these springs work well in my application?

if in fact they are the 918's there good to .600 lift and you should be fine, the duals are good cause if one breaks it has that added safety,

I ran a 581 lift on the 918's for about 10k miles with no problems. If you plan in the future to go with a bigger cam, you might just want to save the time and money now, and upgrade to a nice dual spring.
