Not sure what head gasket to use either. But I'm shooting for 11:1 since its all motor and needs to be pump gas friendly

I don't think that calculator is working right. With his combo it's coming up at 12.16 SCR which doesn't sound right.
In here http://www.csgnetwork.com/compcalc.html that combo is right at 11.0 with 68cc chambers and -4cc pistons and stock gasket thickness.
