Default Break-In for new heads?

Putting in:
Stage 2 LQ9 6.0L heads: (copy and pasted) Hot Tank and Pressure test heads, Fully Stage 2 Ported, Polished Combustion Chambers, UnShrouded Valves, 2.055 Ferrea Intake Valves, 1.60 Ferrea Exhaust Valves, bronze guides, Crane Dual LS1 Springs, Titanium Retainers for dual springs, Hardened spring seats, New Viton valve seals, New GM locks, 3 angle valve job
Along with a TR 224/227 .563/.569 114LSA

Now I have a D1SC Procharger going on at the same time, wondering what the breakin period is for a set of heads. I know the springs need to be heat cycled twice? Other then that, do the heads need to be run for a certain amount of miles? I just want to make sure everything is broken in properly before I put on the charger and slap it on the dyno

Thanks

Yeah, just heat cycle the springs a few times and make sure the engine is at operating temp before making any WOT runs.

With the new heads, cam and charger......what horsepower are you anticipating ? I have been told it takes about 500 miles to break new cam, heads and valves, etc. cheers and good luck...............

Start the car, let it get to normal operating temperature, and then shut it off. Let it cool down and repeat the process.
That is a basic heat cycle.
