Does power shifting do any internal damage?

I was wondering if power shifting did any damage to the internal engine? I do power shifting sometimes, I was wondering if I should stop or not be worried.

If you got a lot of horses..it can tear up a clutch a little...and cause some premature wear...but you really wont tear anything else up....
