Does anyone know if the ford modular coils (accel makes some aftermarket ones) would work on the LS1? Please excuse my ignorance, still learning LS stuff and am trying to figure out a way to remote mount the coils. Saw these in the Jeg's catalog and thought, that might be a good idea! Thanks in advance!

 

not a good idea. LS1 coils are better.
