Default ? on head gaskets

so im redoing my engine after a little mishap, and im needing to get some head gaskets. running a stock ls1 bottom end, with rod bolts, tea 5.3 heads with a 59cc chamber and head studs. i know people are running ls9 gaskets on 5.3's, and the ls1 so i dont imagine it would be a problem running them with a mix of the two. just looking for opinions before i order the ls9 gaskets. also i tried a search just couldnt find a setup similar and was wanting to double check.

thanks

whats your ptv clearance like? you could run a tighter gasket like a cometic .040 and get a tighter quench and some compression.

pistons will be fly cut for ptv, so that wont be an issue. and with the 59cc heads c/r should be 11:1 ish so not real worried about the thickness, just concerned about the bore sizes

Why would you want to run a large bore gasket when the correct one is available??
