Springs?

My buddy just picked up an F-body but didnt get to much info about the H/C/I. Can anybody tell what kind of springs these are. It migh help narrow donw the lift on the cam..

You can measure the "lift" by measuring the travel of one intake & one exhaust valve. Use a caliper, or a fine ruler.

Look like a typical beehive. Couple companies make them- Comp, Pac, TSP etc. All very close in durability for a single spring. With that being said, I can see all the way through to tell if there is another spring in there
