I have a 2000 ls1 from a camaro

Recently purchased a t56 out of a lt1

Recently purchased a 2002 clutch kit " hydraulic throw out "

Just found out it won't work.

What can I do to get it right. Please help

 

Change the front plate and input shaft to make it work.

 

I'm dumb
The front plate is where the Hyd throw out bearing bolts to.

Do you have any part number. My friend is a gm tech. He can order the parts.

 

Can I use the ls clutch in a lt bell housing?because I can get the lt bellhousing

To put a LT1 T56 on a LS1 engine you need to change the bell housing, front plate and input shaft, the parts will run you between 4-5 hundred new, and the people that have used parts usually know what they have and want close to new prices for their stuff.
