Oil Flow Direction ***PLEASE HELP***

I am running a remote oil filter from the ports on the back of the block.

Can someone please tell me which is "IN" and which is "OUT" so I can connect them up to my filter and get the flow right

I have made my own adaptor, but it will work similar to this Moroso pan.
