Today while i was bolting back on my oil pan i heard a cracking noise and i backed off. Then i see a hair line crack on the pan. From what i could see it did not go all the way through the pan . Should i worry about it cracking some more, or should i just take it off before i turn it back on?

 

Get the pan fixed or buy a new one. The pan is a structural component on the Gen III.
