Default an excellent question

I'm currently working on a 5.7 Ls1 that is bone stock. I'm adding a tsp MS4 cam and stage 1 LS6 heads.
I recently found a 102 Fast intake for cheap. I'm wondering if this intake will be helpful or too much for my combo.. I will also be adding the Throttle body to match the intake.
I fear that this intake will be too much for my current combo. The amount of air coming in alone could be too much for the combo. This car already has headers and a magnaflow exhaust. Am i being a worry wort or am i on the right track to having more horsepower??

You can never have too much air coming in. This isn't the same as heads or a single plane intake. Put the biggest air filter and intake manifold that you can possibly fit into the engine bay. It will only make more power.

I say if you have it, put it on. LS6 intake flows very well, only thing better is a fast intake and 243 and 799 heads are the best head castings. So I would say you are on the right track.

Also by putting 243 or 799 heads you are bumping the compression. I'm assuming you have 241 heads which have the larger camber size.

Definitely not "to much intake" for your setup

You can over cars easily, but this isn't the same with fuel injection...you could run twin 102mm tbs and it wouldn't hurt performance.
