I have retorqued head bolts that were never run and followed the regular procedure. (22, 90,70) The final torque readings were about the same. Never reused one that came off a motor that's been run or heat cycled a few times. For $28 per side, it's not worth the chance. I never buy the small 5 bolts. Just the 10 main bolts. But I work at a dealer so I can buy individually.
