Right Side Valve cover noise

Right Side Valve cover noise I have completed alot of mods, upgrades and still have this tac tac tac sound, let me try to explain.
If I put a stethoscope to the outer cover of the drivers side from front to back i can hear the rockers but they are quiet 2 out of 10 on noises. I go to pax side and from front to back noise level is 2-4-8-10. I put it over each rocker to receive this noise.
I took off the covers again, checked torque, springs, rods everything seems to be spot on. I am running Johnson link lifters which have been pretty solid but when i first put them in and turned over, the pressure out of the rockers was strong(shot out of the hole) now they are back to the standard LS1 way. I checked both sides and they are the same.
I put the stethoscope on each rocker with cover off and could not hear the tac tac sound, its only with the cover on.
Oil pressure is good with engine running, 35 hot 40 cold idle 49-55 under RPM pressure. no loss of power.

ported LS6 intake, lower 2004 valley cover PCV upgrade and catch can

flex plate, torque tube rebuild, 2400 tci stall

water pump
LS2 timing chain
air pump eliminated
rear O2 tuned out
Tuned but need retune by Chuck Cow
This is driving me crazy, there is something not right but I just cant put my finger on it. Need help
