Default 706's milled .030 ???

What pushrod will I have to run ? Or the 7.4 will be fine ?

Jaywill, no offense but how the heck do you expect anyone to give you an answer with the amount of info you gave?

no offense 2 u but what! more info do u need..other than the head MILL info and the cam is standard BC ???

^^^You are still guessing. What head gasket are you using, stock valves/valve job, lifters etc all come into play. What is the BC of the cam you are using?

A whole heck of a lot, actually.

Camshaft base circle, desired preload, rocker selection, lifter selection, head gasket selection......You know, just to name a few. Your post is extremely vague.
