went to change cam in my 04 lq4 cam went part way and tap against bushing(made tapping sound when I pulled cam). pushes back in would not go all the way in. pulled back out and #3 cam bearing pulled out of engine. rear of bearing was smashed. (don't know if I damaged end pulling out) doesn't look like it spun. my ? is are they that loose? if I install new one and it fits tight am I ok? if not can I have block machined for over sized cam bearings?
