Default EV1 to EV6 Connector splice....

Hello all,
I am currently building an lq9/ls3 project and I just bought an ls9 intake manifold here! Btw, everyone here is great. I found out that the plugs needed EV6 style connectors and I bought some. All I need to know is which wire splices to which wire or if it really matters. I have red/black on the new EV6 and my 2002 escalade plugs have a pink/dark green with black stripe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Call FIC. When I ordered my Bosch EV14s from them they gave me the right adapters. I bought the LS2 length for the FAST 102, and needed the adaptor. It was actually no cost, so I imagine they can cut you a good deal.

Wow... Ok... I will try that. I ordered these plugs on eBay not thinking that there may be some adapter plugs out there LOL. Stupid on my part. I just thought since u had my plugs I would ask if anyone knew how to splice them.
Thanks for the info. Any other advice would be welcome!

Red to pink. Black to black stripe.

I did the same thing to run LS3 inj on my LS1 harness.

My connectors were from a Ford Taurus harness also from Ebay.

Saaaweet!! Thanks! I will go with that. It looked like one wire was hot (pink) and the other is control (stripe) Based on wiring diagram and book I just feel better asking you guys. Thanks so much for taking the time.
