Default Improving Quench

I Was Wondering If Anyone Knew How Far In Or Out The "hole" Ls1 Pistons Usually Are.with More Head Gasket Options Being Available I Would Like To Maximize Quench Volume But I'm Unaware Of The Piston's Relation To The Deck.
