Default Too much vacuum? Issue!

Many thanks in advance but here is the issue.

Short story: Changed all clutch components now pulling too much Vacuum.

Long story: Recently I changed out the clutch and Master/Slave cylinders to the clutch to a Tick and Monster 4 setup. Since then I have had an issue with pulling too much vacuum (18" normally, now 21-23') which is pulling the engine down to almost a stall. During the Tick Master install I had to remove the Brake Booster and it caused it to leak so I then replaced it. Still have a strong vacuum pull once warmed up any ideas?

What year is the motor. Sounds like a PCV issue to me.

High manifold vacuum at idle shuts the valve in a PCV even more tight. This will cause some large vacuum levels if there is not a place for the motor to breathe.

Any oil in the manifold or catch can?

Also food for thought - be sure that you evacuated all of the air from the brake system. Part changes like that at one time can cause some monstrous air pockets.
