What would be my best option?

My LS1 spun a bearing and what would be my cheapest route in fixing it and getting back over 400rwhp. Would i be better off rebuilding it or swapping a 5.3 into it? Any suggestions welcome please! with cost estimates

Really depends if you are gonna fix it yourself or if someone/shop will. Depending on that you can stick with the same block. Otherwise you can find another block. A 5.3 wouldnt be a bad idea though! Lol
