Looking for a LS6 cam Hey guys im looking for a good LS6 cam and springs for my buddys stock 2000 Trans am with an 4L60
I was told the 02 and up cams are the ones to get and that the LS2 and LS3 cams are the same(i was told this but idk)...if so ill take either one of those cams and LS6 spings,Thanks

Seems like you have to buy the whole kit nowadays. You do know there are better cams available than the old LS6 cam, right?

what all is included for 200 just cam and springs? and i know there is alot better cams out there but my buddy wants to kinda keep his car stock but still make some fun power without breaking the 4L60 LOL
the 200 (including shipping) got me the cam, yellow springs/locks/retainers and lifters. I didn't use the lifters though since I didn't pull the heads to do the swap.
On the stock tune (6K limiter) the car went 12.8 @ 110 (Cam, Lid, and FRA only) with a 2.0 60ft vs bone stock 13.1 @ 108 on a 2.1 60ft. I haven't had it to the track yet with the tune and LTs so I'm not sure what it will do now.

thats a good deal to me. lol......so nobody is tryin to sell a ls6 cam or knows somebody who is? lol
