Ls1 belt help ! Ls3 water pump

Default Ls1 belt help ! Ls3 water pump
I not running powering steering and I have bought the belt and pulleys I need to run it . I am also using the ls3 pump with 3/4 spacer to everything else in line . But I have ran into a issue with the idler pulley . Everything lines up perfect but the top pulley . It sticks out father than the rest , causing the belt to slide off . Am I do something wrong ? I used 5060548 belt with replacing the alternator pulley with a ribbed one . Should i just grind down the top pulley mount ? Please help !

Your talking about the top tensioner pulley? if so i dont see why you cant mill the back side to bring it in.
