Yes but you will need locators, retainers, and seals

Does the new cam have a lot higher lift? The PSI 1511 springs that came with the Dart heads are top notch springs. I would freshen them if you can make them work for the lift. Duals should fit but there are also some other beehive options to look at. Just be careful of the retainer if you use another beehive spring, the one Dart used was specifically made for the PSI springs so you need to check the fit.

Also, Bauer Racing does (or did as I haven't kept up) a lot with Dart heads and so does AI if you want to do more than a spring swap. They have some good programs for more performance from the heads.

Thanks guys
I am building a forged bottom for my FI and am thinking of upgrading my cam to one better suited to FI, and was told buy a vendor that I need to go dual with FI. I wont go very large (or high) because it is first and foremost a street car, spending 90% of it's time cruising
The heads have been ported, and with less than 10,000 miles on them, I would rather leave them alone
