LOL, at least when you pay $1200 you have earned the right to bitch about any deviation from perfect quality, and long run durability.
I paid what I consider too much for LGM exhaust (minus catback I'm partial to Borla), but it is a nice product and performance to back it up.

I've owned ill fitting Kooks headers before....so unfortunately, I've earned that right.

Did you also purchase one of LGM's $520 cams?

No, Lou and I did not see eye to eye on cam specs and I 90% make my own specs. I dealt with Thunder and TSP (back when Geoff was working at Thunder). LGM has the traditional 'Corvette' tax added (they call it R&D) LOL

I have always been more partial to having an exhaust shop fabricate my y pipes and exhaust. The fit is usually much better and is much cheaper. Our cars have to many variables that affect fit such as ride height, driveshaft safety loops, torque arm. A decent shop here in so cal does ory and 4" single exahusts all the way out the back for around 500. That would make it ARH headers with full exhaust for around 1350 which I consider reasonable for an entire header back.

I think Speed Inc sells one but they advertise it as a turbo grind.

If you think LSX and Vette "R&D" tax is bad you should see how overpriced things get in the import world. Especially on the expensive ones. AMS motorsports makes awesome products but go look at their performance packages on a GT-R.
