Default harland sharp rockers question

i have the 1.7 non adjustable rockers. do i just torque then down too 22 ftibs and do i use any of the old stuff like the long piece of metal that the old rockers sat on? or do i just use the hardware that came with the new rockers? thanks pat

You don't use the long piece of metal that was on the car you take that off, you use the hat looking piece that came with the rockers. The flat side sits on the flat surface of the head where that long metal piece went.

ok thanks. now do i just torque then down to 22 ftibs? i have the stock lifters
