big cam ptv clearance ?

big cam ptv clearance ? so im debating on running this cam in my s10 but im wondering about ptv clearance. i know every engine varies, but i havent seen much info on this particular set up. so, engine is an 03ish 5.3 truck engine. heads are gonna be stock 241s with springs. will be using MLS gaskets, but only bad part is, until they arrive later this week im not sure of their thickness yet. stock shorblock, vic jr intake and edelbrock carb. ok so that being said, the cam in question is i believe, but dont quote me on it, a possible MTI maxx limit cam? specs are 244/244 .613/.613 lift on 112+4 lsa. im just curious if anyone has any insight as to if it will fit or hit? i know there are better choices out there, but this is what i have laying around at the moment..

i know your right but i just wonder if its worth the trouble or should i sell or trade it off for something else. its a bit overkill for what i need at the moment but im fine with that as its just a toy, not a DD. im on a budget so i was hoping to be able to use it.
