Default Timing Chain choices

Is there any timing chains that I need to stay away from or they all about the same or whats the best choice to get?

For my build, which I plan on having somewhere around 500-600hp when done, I went with the LS2 chain. They are rather cheap, but hold up when it counts.

Yep ls2 for the win...unless you wanna over build it and put a double row chain and have the headache of spacing the water pump...

I've used the Cloyes adjustable timing set on a couple of builds and I like the fit a lot

I just used the summit double roller fit nice use the spacers they send cleared the timing cover no problem SUM-G6602-B that's the part number $120

i like these double rollers...clearance the oil pump so the front cover will fit..very easy to do.. i like the added strength especially when running double valve springs which i think most do........Bob
