Default Stock cam and .660 springs?

I've got a cam and some BTR .660 springs and was wondering if I could change out the springs first and still drive the car like that until I get the time to get a tune and swap the cam. Will it hurt anything running .660 springs and a stock LS1 cam?

Your good, I have .675 springs with a stock LS6 cam....works great for boost and 7,000+ rpm, My buddy did the ls6 yellow springs on a stock can and pickup up a few mph at the track, he was shifting high, like 6,400 on a stock engine and the added spring spresure over stock ls1 springs really helped with valve control

It will be fine, assuming the springs are installed correctly.

The only thing to note here is that stiffer springs will wear the valve train a little quicker but that should be fairly obvious
