Default E85 with a 12.5.1 compression 408

Ok so wanting to possibly convert to e85 I have a pretty healthy 408 and I have pretty high compression. I have 255 fuel pump with hot wire, 42lb injectors, fast fuel rails. And prolly some other might be forgetting, what else would I have to do and what advantage and disadvantages. Also plan to run about 200-250 dp nitrous kit next spring. Any advice appreciated!

About how much power but a 255 was running short on my 418 making 650 on 93.

With my new engine I am 80% on 80lb injectors on e85

I have an braided line until dropes down by the fuel filter. Gray86hatch I figure ill have to do twin in tanks or an a1000, haven't had it dynoed or wideopen throttle tune yet. Still pretty fresh motor and everything for that matter. But I think it should be close to 500hp with my set up.
