Default pushrod measure, did i do this correct?

This my first time measuring for pushrod length and wondering if i did it right? The first thing i did was put #1 cylinder at tdc, then i got my pushrod tool and set it up to 7.400 base . Then turned crank till intake lifter was at the base of the lobe i installed pushrod and watched as it bottomed and no longer moved. I then put the rocke, r on and set zero lash, set the torqe wrench to 22ft lbs and started to count the turns till it clicked 22lbs. I ended up with intake 1.65 turns and exhaust 1.75 does that sound correct?
