Load knocking sound when starting up

Load knocking sound when starting up Hi all
Im
New on this forum and new into tunning ls1 engines
Ive recently built my ls1 engine and it has the following mods on it
Diomond pistons 11502
Eagle rods 6.125
Mahle bearing 663 p std
Mahle piston rings 1.5x1.5x3.00
Standard crank
SLP Double chain
Trick flow push rods 7.400 0.8 lift
G5x3 114 cam
Double springs
Headers long,k&n long filter
Ngk plugs tr6
Just started the car today and i hear a weird sound
I can't say its a knocking nor tapping sound
Not sure if its from the heads or cam but does usualy after modification the engine sounds loader
The oil i put on is mobil 1 super 1000 just to run 1000 k and planning to change to something decent
What do you think might be the problem
