Default Milled 243

Will there be a problem milling the 243 heads to 57cc.not talking about clearance or anything just milling,will that much effect flow numbers,run hot or anything that could hurt the heads

I don't see how it could hurt the heads.

As long as you stay under .040" on the mill, you should be okay. Flow will be affected somewhat, but no enough to make up for optimizing your compression. Just make sure your manifold aligns.

I want to run 243s milled to 62cc .40 cometic gasket and get 11.3-11.4cr but I don't no what piston to get for 5.7 I was told earlier today wiseco piston -3.2 mill heads to 57 and cometic gasket but I don't really want to mill 57cc on stock castings street car

You can mil to 60cc with those wisecos and have plenty of compression.
