LS Swap A friend of mine blew his 400 motor up in his '83 drag Blazer. Now he is thinking of dropping an LS into it. Questions we have...5.3 or 6.0? Should he go carb or fuel injected? Also wanted to verify that '04 was the first year for electronic throttle? He's trying to stay away from that. Advantages and disadvantages to these questions are much appreciated. Thanks!
C5R 427 LS, but seriously like anything else buy the biggest and baddest your budget allows, and if it's strictly drag car then I would carb it because it's much cheaper to tune that way unless your buddy has fuel injection tuning experience..and you an put cable operated throttle body on any LS
