Default Polished Throttle Body/steam vent question

Some people offer to get rid of the coolant line piping when they are polishing and porting the LS1 throttle body. What do people do with the port out of the steam vent line when you do this?

I believe your referring to the throttle body coolant bypass that many people run. Porters, or even yourself can pull those lines out for a cleaner look and make a simple bypass and reconnect the lines. This keeps coolant from flowing through the throttle body and heating it up.
