I have camaro z28 2001
And I have some questions about the upgrade.

Which heads and intake manifold can be fits on Ls1? (from the ls engines)
Because I have now cam package and I want a good solutions for the heads and the monifold.

And what do you like about the eibach springs. Can them give me good solution for the high speed.
