5.3l fuel rail swap
I have swapped an LM7 from a 2002 Silverado into my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. I just changed my stock fuel pump in order to get rid of my Jeep fuel regulator. The 02 engine has the regulator on the fuel rail, but I want to use a Corvette filter/regulator near the pump and get rid of the ugly return line I had to make.
My questions are this: can I just swap out the rails with a returnless type? Do I need to swap out both sides? With the motor being stock, would billet rails be a feasible swap? Is there something else I have not even thought of?
