PV clearance with this big of a cam???

PV clearance with this big of a cam??? This is the cam. I'm wondering if it would be too much with stock pistons and milled/P&P heads. Thanks for any info, I'm new to the LS1 game. Also, what mods need to be done to the heads to run that much lift? I will of course run different valve springs and pushrods, but what about lock/retainers? How much lift can a stock head handle before machine work is needed?

it could be questionable PV clearance on the exhaust side. You really want to install the cam and pull the heads when you do it to check the pv clearance. Fly cutting can be done with the motor in the car 
. I would run with a double spring setup, and titanium retainers. Depending on the double spring you pick determines the head machine work you will need. There are some out there that will work with the stock spring seats and need no machining.
