LS1/LS6 rod question

LS1/LS6 rod question I'm in the process of "rebuilding" the LS1 due to spinning a bearing and bending my crankshaft, etc...
So, I picked up a set of ARP "cracked rod" bolts and a set of replacemnet rods out of an LS6 from Lingenfelter (via ebay). So as I'm putting the new bolts into the rods and I notice the lack of the little bushing in the "new" rod ends. Can anyone explain this? or do you think LPE removed them for some reason? I'm assuming that I need these???
