Default connecting rod scratch question

hey, i got some used pistons and on the inside of the big end of the connecting rod (behind the bearing) there are a few scratches like some one took a screwdriver to push out the bearing. I know dirt behind the bearing will cause the bearing to wear uneven but will the scratches effect anything ?

Post a pic. If anything, it can probably be resized to take it out.

Just be sure that there are no ridges above the scratching. The slightest lifting of the bearing will cause problems.
You can correct the ridges, yourself.

Here is a pic, this is after I cleaned it up with a red scotch bright pad, no ridges above the surface but these are some nice scratches

The surface will not rotate against anything.
There is no friction, since the bearing performs the function.
I'd use them.
