So my setup is a 383 with cnc trickflow 225 240/256 .647/.647 111lsa full bolt ons etcI have a home ported fast 92. How much would i pick up by getting a 102? Is it even worth it? If i sold then added some more for the 102

You would pick up more if it was a larger cubed motor for sure. You do have good heads and a healthy cam though so may pick up 10hp? I don't think it would be worth the cost to change. Just spray a jet size larger....much cheaper lol

It depends on how much you picked up from your porting. Leaving that out, I doubt you pick up more than 10hp.

You may be able to get an even trade with someone who has a 102 and wants a 92. 102 causes driveability problems for many with smaller cube motors.

With the exception of electric throttle bodies, I haven't seen that to be the case. Perhaps its been poor tuning.

I had two different tuners work on my tune after the 102 install. It was always a tradeoff between hanging idle and surging/hunting in stop and go driving. I was using the stock LS2 TB.

Personally I would stick with what you have and put the money towards improving other things.
