Default What size head gasket?

Putting together a 408 build using 317 heads. What size bore of a head gasket should I run with this setup?

Use the gasket that matches the size of the biggest bore of the 2 (head bore, cylinder bore)

I would add ~0.020" to whichever is bigger - cylinder bore or head combustion chamber bore.
