Default Plz help me interpret these compression test results

1) 135 150
2) 145 145
3) 150 160
4) 160 160
5) 160 165
6) 150 150
7) 145 150
8) 140 145

The first value is dry. The value beside it is wet for that cylinder.

The first value "1)"starts from driver side front engine cylinder #1. Then the value underneath it "2)" is the cylinder next to it and so forth.

Back engine
8 4
7 3
6 2
5 1
front engine

This is of an ls1 engine i want to buy from the junk yard.

Is TB throttle body? If so then no, it wasn't open. However, motor had no air box...and i had the throttle wide open while doing the test.
