Rod bolts question
Can I change my rod bolts without jacking the engine off of the eng mounts? OR...does the eng need to come out? Is there a FAQ/install somewhere that I can take a look at?

Do a search. There's a few topics on this. As of yet I don't think anybody on here has talked about doing it with the engine in the car, as its pretty difficult to get the oil pan off unless you drop the kmember and support the engine.
Are you kidding - you had one hell of a time helping a damned nice guy with a header install But I agree, you definitely need the rod bolts since you put the cut out on Oh wait I have an idea - I'll stand on top of your fenders and lift up on the engine while you change the rod bolts. All joking aside (maybe) I'm not sure you can slide the oil pan past the pickup without moderate butt pain and even then it would be hard to get to the bolts with a torque wrench that are above the K member but since you helped with my header install - I'm up for anything
