Default Oil presser question

I've got a 00" 5.3 silverado 222/224 cam.
My oil presser after the truck is warm driving holds about 38 pounds, but when I come to a stop it's falls to about 20 pounds and goes back up when I drive, thought maybe the oil pump might be getting weak.? Is this common?

How many miles? What oil & filter are you using? Did this start happening recently or has it always been like this? Any knocking?

Almost 113k. K&n oil filter. And you can hear just a little knock when warm but it not a knocking like a valve, or rod or anything but it's not loud

It's more like a tick than a loud knock
