Default 700hp Forged 370 build advice

I will be building a forged 370 built for a turbo ~700hp. I am thinking about using the scat pro comp I beam rods with 7/16 arp2000 bolts and wiseco pistons. Will these rods hold 700hp well? This is a semi budget build so do I really need a better set of rods? It seems if the stock rods can reach the power level we have all seen then a set of scat forged rods with good arp2000 7/16 bolts would be fine for 700hp?

I have searched and have not found any direct results using these rods just "yea I heard of a 1000hp car lasting years" or "they are made in china so they are not as good as a stock rod" kinda banter. What do you guys think? I am not really a fan of h-beams and I am trying to avoid spending $900 on a set of howards if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance.

I would think any forged rod is going to be better than the non forged rods that come stock and if the stock rods can handle that kind of HP, then you should be OK. Just make sure the tune is spot on, or you are going to have broken parts, no matter how much you pay for them.
