Default water pump question

I wanna delete my heater hose nipples rather than looping them, so my question is what are you guys doing after just capping them. are you drilling a small hole next to the thermostat so water crosses over and if you are what size. thanks

I just capped them and no problems, it is just like you turned the heater valve off or to cold. when you cap them off it won't affect the cooling of the engine good luck bro
