Ported Heads - Thread locker or sealant?

A couple of the ls1howto's mention using loctite on the rocker arm bolts but I've heard I should use sealant on them since I've got ported heads.

I can see that the rocker bolts travel through the head and into the edge of the intake ports so I'm pretty sure I need a good sealant.

I purchased Permatex "high temperature" thread sealant whichs shows up to 400 degrees F.

Blue Loctite. It seals the threads as well as keeps the rocker arm bolts from backing out (although, it's not super strong in that regard). Blue Loctite is good to about 300 degrees as well.

Either will work fine. I've used both with success.
